John Caplan is the CEO and Director of Payoneer. He is an executive, investor and entrepreneur with a track record of scaling companies in the digital economy. Previously, he was President of North America and Europe at Alibaba.com, the cross-border B2B business unit of Alibaba Group. In this role, he helped lead its transformation into one of Alibaba Group’s fastest growing and most profitable business units. Caplan joined Alibaba’s team in 2017 following its acquisition of OpenSky, an SMB software platform he founded in 2009, which empowered ecommerce SMBs to optimize their distribution across marketplaces. Mr. Caplan was also previously Chief Executive Officer at Ford Models, Inc., a fashion talent agency, and CMO of About.com, an internet publishing business. Mr. Caplan has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Rochester (1991).
Kevin Ambrosini is the Chief Strategy Officer at Payoneer, responsible for defining the company’s growth roadmap and leading corporate strategy, partnerships, corporate development, and strategic initiatives. He drives Payoneer’s long-term vision by executing strategic planning and identifying new opportunities for expansion through partnerships, investments, and acquisitions.
Before joining Payoneer, Kevin led global strategy and North America growth operations at Alibaba.com, the cross-border B2B business unit of Alibaba Group. He joined Alibaba following its acquisition of OpenSky, an SMB software platform he co-founded, where he served as CFO.
Earlier in his career, Kevin held strategy and finance roles at high-growth technology startups after working as an investor at a growth-stage technology fund and an investment banker in the Technology Group at Morgan Stanley.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of California, Berkeley, and was a member of the university’s national championship varsity rugby team.
Adam Cohen is the Chief Growth Officer at Payoneer. He leads the company’s customer growth and global partnership strategy while overseeing Payoneer’s six regional leaders. From September 2019 to February 2022, Adam served as Payoneer’s General Manager of Enterprise. He is an accomplished business leader with a passion for growth, entrepreneurship and launching new businesses. During his time away from Payoneer, Adam gained vast experience in entrepreneurship co-founding a company called Exploring New Territories. Returning to Payoneer as Chief Growth Officer in January 2023, Adam is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and small businesses and has a deep understanding of both Payoneer and SMBs globally.
Prior to Payoneer, he spent eight years working at Shaldor in Tel Aviv. Adam holds an M.A. in Cognitive Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
John Davis is the Chief People Officer at Payoneer, where he leads the company’s global Human Resources organization and leads transformative initiatives that drive organizational health. John oversees the development and execution of Payoneer’s people strategy, steering cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives that support the company’s growth and operating plans. He heads key functions, including HR business partnerships, talent acquisition and development, learning and growth programs, total rewards, people analytics, internal communications, and HR operations, fostering a cohesive and high-performing global workforce.
John brings over 20 years of experience and has held several executive leadership roles in Payoneer, including Chief Transformation Officer, interim Chief Operating Officer, and Chief of Staff to the CEO, following a period managing Payoneer’s strategic marketplace partnerships globally. Prior to Payoneer, John was a Partner of Corporate Strategy at Amdocs, a global hi-tech company, and prior to that, a VP at Shaldor, a leading strategy management consultancy, both based in Israel.
John holds a BA from Cornell University and a MALD from the Fletcher School at Tufts University. He served as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in the Eastern Caribbean in the field of information technology.
Tsafi Goldman is the Chief Legal & Governance Officer of Payoneer, responsible for the legal and regulatory aspects of Payoneer’s business activities and operations, management of the Company’s in-house team of lawyers, and since 2023 is also responsible for the Company’s Enterprise Risk Management team and most recently, Organizational Resiliency and Global Entities & Licensing Office. Ms. Goldman joined Payoneer in 2015 and previously served as the Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer of Payoneer from 2019 to 2025.
Ms. Goldman’s experience includes a large range of commercial, corporate and private equity legal work, representing early-stage and growth companies, as well as expertise in payments services and regulation. Prior to joining Payoneer, Ms. Goldman was a partner at CBLS Law Offices from 2004 to 2014, a boutique Tel Aviv law firm, where Payoneer was one of her clients. Ms. Goldman held various positions in leading law firms, focusing on the high-tech and bio-med sectors, as well as in-house roles at Israel Chemicals group (ICL) and ECI Telecom from 1996 to 1998. Ms. Goldman has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Tel Aviv University.
Bea Ordonez is the CFO of Payoneer. She leads the company’s financial operations, treasury and banking infrastructure, accounting, financial planning and analysis, investor relations and internal audit functions. Bea has more than 20 years of C-suite experience in financial technology companies with a focus on capital markets, global trading platforms and data solutions and banking.
Prior to joining Payoneer in early 2023, Bea served as the Chief Innovation Officer at Webster Bank. Her previous roles also include CFO positions at Sterling National Bank, OTC Markets Group and G-Trade and as the COO at Convergex.
Bea holds a B.A. in Law (LLB) from the University of Nottingham.
Oren Ryngler is the Chief Product & Technology Officer at Payoneer, leading Payoneer’s product and design teams responsible for product vision, roadmap, customer experience and advancing Payoneer's global market leadership, ensuring that customers enjoy cutting-edge solutions. He has a track record of building and growing products from inception to market leadership in startups and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Payoneer, Oren was the Chief Product Officer for the Microsoft Business Applications & Platform division, overseeing the product strategy and direction of Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 and Power Platform portfolio of products and industry solutions. Prior to this, Oren was Chief Product Officer for Microsoft's Dynamics 365 Sales, where he was pivotal in driving the Microsoft CRM cloud business growth and establishing it as an industry leader. Oren also held the position of Head of Product, Customer Insights at Meta (formerly Facebook), where he led a portfolio of new products in the business application domain. Oren also served as Global Vice President of Product Management at SAP, leading the launch of several new cloud solutions for the large enterprise segment and leading global product management, roadmap, and strategy for SAP Small Business Solutions.
Micheal Sheehy is the Chief Compliance Officer for Payoneer. From early 2018-2022, he served as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and is an executive compliance operations leader with 10+ years of expertise in all aspects of payments and financial compliance which includes Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF), online/mobile payments, data and consumer protection, and security within the United States, Europe, and APAC.
